What to know before you book — clear terms, no surprises at pickup.
A valid, unexpired driver's license is required for every rental, in the name of the renter.
A $50 nonrefundable reservation fee holds your booking online and is applied toward your total. You can also pay in full at booking — see your booking confirmation for details.
A $150 refundable security deposit is collected in person at pickup, separate from your rental price. It's fully refunded within 3-5 business days after your rental, minus any tolls, tickets, cleaning, or fuel charges.
If you don't have your own coverage, rental insurance is available for $15/day. Many personal auto policies and credit cards already extend coverage to rentals — check with your provider first.
Renters must be at least 21 years old as of the rental start date. Renters aged 21–24 have a young-renter surcharge added to the total.
Mileage terms vary by vehicle and rental length — your agreement will state any limit and per-mile overage rate before you sign.
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee applies if a vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking.
Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking, and traffic citations incurred during the rental period.
