Rental Policies

$0.25 per mile over the included mileage
Vehicle must be returned at the same documented fuel level
Fuel-return/service charge of $30–$50 if returned below the checkout fuel level, plus applicable replacement fuel
No smoking or vaping
$150 smoking remediation fee
Excessive cleaning fee of $50–$200 depending on severity
Renter is responsible for qualifying tolls, parking tickets, red-light camera violations, and citations incurred during the rental
Only approved/authorized drivers may operate the vehicle
Renter must meet insurance requirements
Renter is responsible for applicable damage and incidentals under the rental agreement
Rental extensions require approval
GPS/telematics may be installed in rental vehicles
Renter agrees to receive and sign rental documents electronically
