Rental Policies

  • 150 included miles per rental day
  • $0.25 per mile over the included mileage
  • Vehicle must be returned at the same documented fuel level
  • Fuel-return/service charge of $30–$50 if returned below the checkout fuel level, plus applicable replacement fuel
  • No smoking or vaping
  • $150 smoking remediation fee
  • Excessive cleaning fee of $50–$200 depending on severity
  • Renter is responsible for qualifying tolls, parking tickets, red-light camera violations, and citations incurred during the rental
  • Only approved/authorized drivers may operate the vehicle
  • Renter must meet insurance requirements
  • Renter is responsible for applicable damage and incidentals under the rental agreement
  • Rental extensions require approval
  • GPS/telematics may be installed in rental vehicles
  • Renter agrees to receive and sign rental documents electronically
